ESL Teacher for Training Center in Chengdu, Sichuan

We are hiring again, and are looking for passionate graduate teachers who are ready for an adventure over here in Chengdu, China!

 

Basic Information:

• Working schedule: Discussed and decided upon completion of 1st interview
• Salary: 16,000-22,000 RMB
• Ages: 3 to 12 years old.
• Starting date: ASAP
• Teaching hours: 20 per week
• Type of school: Training Center

Responsibilities:

• Teach daily English classes
• Create detailed lesson plans
• Attend company activities and events
• Report on student progress
• Assign essays and homework to students

You will have a Teaching Assistant who will assist you with marking homework, communicating with parents, and managing the various aspects of a functional classroom.

All courses have complete syllabus guides, so you'll have plenty of time to concentrate on how to develop your teaching skills, rather than worrying about what to teach, and how to create lesson content. The school provides all the books, CDs, toys, and other resources needed to teach the curriculum. However, we encourage you to bring any music, games, and/or other teaching materials to further tailor your classes to match your preferred teaching style. Each classroom has a projector and internet access.

 

Applicants must have TEFL certification and a Bachelor’s Degree; these are needed in order to secure working visas for our teachers.

Applicants must be native speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa & Ireland.
