Overview

We are just 45 minutes south of Beijing by train. Come to Boading city and work with a new and unique school that is like no other. You can be a part of a fast growing and exciting company.

WE ARE S1 ENGLISH IMPROVEMENT CENTRE

We offer:

- Training upon arrival with easy to follow guidelines on how to effectivley navigate through a class using our books.

- This is mixed with lesson planning training, teacher observations and co-teaching classes before you take classes by yourself.

- 12000/ month base salary up to 18000 depending on the experience.

- Second year teachers get a student attendence bonus. 2RMB per student attendance given each month. This is increased by 1RMB with every contract renewal.

- 1000RMB raise per contract renewal.

- 2 extra annual leave days per contract renewal.

- Free non shared apartments are in a new development and in close proximity to the school.

- 8000RMB flight allowance per year.

- Aiport pickup and any assistance you need to settled in.

-Medical insurance.

- We offer 10 paid days off. When taking national holidays and paid vacation time in conjunction with weekends, it comes down to around 30 days of away-time, so plenty of time to travel.

- Total of 21 teaching hours per week + office hours for a total of 35 hours in work per week.

We need:

- Native speakers from United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

- All with a Bachelors degree and or TESOL, CELTA or TEFL certificate prefered.

- Experience of at least one year is prefered but not essential.

Focused and reliable teachers with a good work ethic. Teachers who want to share teaching ideas with other teachers would be great. Ability and willingness to work creatively to help our school grow. Someone who loves kids and who loves teaching. We really want enthusiastic teachers to bring extra life into the classroom to make learning English for the students as fun as possible.

About our school:

Our school is entering its 3rd year and it looks amazing. We have mulitple environments to use in conjunction with our classes. Our environments include an airoplane, a train, a restaurant with working kitchen, a bus, a planetarium, an indoor playground and a downtown area with a store and library. Using these environments to compliment our classes creates a great learning experience for our students and is also amazing tool for teachers.

We teach students from 3 years of age up to adults. With a maximum of 12 students per class.

Our curriculum:

3-6 years old we use Pearson's "My Little Island"

7-12 years old we use Pearson's "Our Discovery Island"

For Teens we use Pearson's "InSync"

Adults we use Pearson's "Top Notch".

All series come with easy to use and detailed teacher's books as well as accompanying interactive digital books for use in class on the Interactive Whiteboard.
