Overview
We are looking for a person capable of helping us create innovative curricula delivered via unique experiential learning methods and designed to inspire curiosity and accelerate learning for children.
We base on the mission of transforming each child's unique gifts beyond just academic progress but to achieving mastery of life skills and letting every child be equipped to reach their full potential and achieve success in life.
Location: i2 headquarters in Guangzhou
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-18.00 with a lunch break
Job Description:
- Design and develop curriculum frameworks and materials for primary school students
- Create high-quality learning experience strategies for students
- Ensure curriculum are aligned to official Education Bureau standards and meet specified educational objectives
- Continuously improve curriculum and teaching materials to keep courses competitive
- Design assessment and evaluation strategies to make learning and performance outcomes are achievable
- Oversee the production of learning & teaching materials to ensure they are valid, updated and relevant
- Plan and deliver curriculum training and evaluation process and utilisation to the teaching staff and related parties
- Support the successful implementation of curricula by providing training, coaching, and other staff development initiatives
- Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in pedagogy and represent the organisation as subject and learning expert
Job Requirements : - A recognised degree or postgraduate qualification in education/ Teacher certificate or diploma is preferred
- Post-qualification experience inteaching English in primary education
- Curriculum development experience
- Good understanding and experience in early childhood education and Social-Emotional Learning preferred
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Creative and passionate in education
Salary and Benefits:
