Overview
Location: Changsha City
Job description:
-The kindergarten will open on April 29th, 2020, and the scale will not be large in the first year.
-Must have Chinese kindergarten experience, the foreign side of the principal report to the group CEO, the Chinese side of the principal report to the foreign side of the principal
-Enrollment scale：
Our kindergarten is 14 classes, two early education classes, about 200 members, about two classes a week on average;Six kindergarten classes for 0-3 year olds and six kindergarten classes for 3-6 year olds, all full time, about 200 children
Salary and benefits:
-Salary: 500k-700k /year (negotiable）
-A living allowance which includes housing will be provided
alongside with airfare and shipping allowances.
-Medical insurance coverage will also be provided to selected candidate and eligible dependants
Requirements:
-A recognized Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent;
-At least 5 years working experience leading a pre-school
-High EQ and LQ, matured with exemplary leadership and management skills
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
