About the Job
Overview
We are hiring:
Certified History, Humanities, and PE teachers, Science, Math, English, Computer Science (IT), Business, Music, Art and Social Science teachers, Math and Science teachers who can teach AP subjects.
Current, valid state teaching certification required, in subject area.
Recent experience with and mastery of Common Core Standards.
English as the first language, Native American preferred.
Ability to build rapport with secondary students.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrable records of helping students achieve high test scores.
Willingness to teach multiple subjects in composite area (secondary science; mathematics; English, Language Arts and social studies).
Willingness to sponsor or assist with an extra-curricular activities and/or “extended learning experience” on the campus.
Experience working with young people as a teacher, mentor, coach or advisor.
Clean criminal record check from home country.
Work from Monday to Friday, 20 hours or more per week.
Benefits:
Salary: 18000-32000 RMB per month.
