Overview

Lao Why Not? is now looking for fresh graduates and experienced teachers who are interested in teaching English in China. We partner with schools in over 15 cities. At the moment, we are looking for teachers to teach in the following cities: Chengdu, Kunming, Shanghai, Zhenghou, Changsha, Guangzhou.

Details of Position:
Teachers will teach English through various content such as Math, Science ,Social studies and Reading.We are hiring responsible and charismatic ESL,TEFL,and TESOL teachers to fill positions in one of our many schools.

Qualifications to teach English and get work visa :
Bachelor degree or above
Teaching experience preferred but not required
TEFL certificate
Only native speakers are legally allowed to teach English in certain provinces, but some others (like Henan) will accept non-natives provided they pass an English proficiency exam

Relocate : Must be wiling to relocate to China

What do we offer our teachers ?
Airfare to China : One-way Flight to China provided,
Visa: Assistance in acquiring sponsored legal Z visa for qualified applicants,
Arrival : pick-up service from airport to hotel
On boarding : 5 days training on curriculum and living in China.We assist with apartment hunting,getting a bank card and SIM card.
Paid hotel stay : you will receive 15 days of paid hotel stay during and after the initial 5 days training course.

Your Compensation will include :

Monthly income: 3,300~3,800USD （23,000~26,000）before tax , for 100 teaching hours , plus demo class sign-up bonuses and extra payment for every hour over 100 hours /month. This salary is a packaged salary : basic salary +teaching hours rate,and housing allowance are all included.

Bonus : 1450USD (10,000RMB)contract completion bonus .
Renewal contract airfare bonus 1450USD (15,000RMB) bonus after renew the second-year contract.
Overtime: if exceed 40 hours per week,complemental rest hours or compensation will be provided.
Insurance: Free commercial health insurance and emergency assistance.
Paid holidays : Chinese public holidays off (the specifics will be arranged by your center),around 10-15 days off during the Chiense Lunar New Year.
PTO leave :Teachers has 5 paid days , annual leave.
Sick Leave: Each month, 1 sick day off with 50%salary (with doctor note)
