Job Description:
Requirements to Teach English in China:
-Native English speaker.
-Degree: Bachelor's Degree or above
-Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificates preferred.
-Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.
Responsibilities for Teachers :
-Student age range:2 - 12 years old.0„
-Class size: 10 - 15 students in one class.0„
-Class length: 45 minutes to 60 minutes containing various teaching techniques.
-Working Hours: No more than 40 Hours each week
Working time:9am to 6pm £¬two days off.
-Curriculum: Textbooks and teaching materials developed based off McGraw-Hill educational resources. We provide full lessons plans, PowerPoints, resources, and an interactive white board to assist you with delivering the lesson to students.Training on the curriculum is provided initially and throughout the year.0„
-Chinese Teaching Assistant:You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher for each class to help with class management and relationship management with the parents. You must cooperate with this individual to coordinate lesson delivery.
What We Offer our Teachers:
-Airfare to China: One-way flight to China provided
-Visa: Assistance in acquiring sponsored legal Z Work Visa for qualified applicants
-Arrival: Pick-up service from airport to hotel
-On boarding: 5 days training on curriculum and living in China. We assist with apartment hunting, getting a bank card and SIM card.
-Paid hotel stays: You will receive 15 days of paid hotel stayduring and after theinitial 5 day training course. You will get 300 RMB per day during the training period (for candidates who pass training exams).
Your compensation will include:
-Monthly income:$3,300 - $3,800 USD (23,000 - 26,000 RMB) before tax for 100 teaching hours, plus demo class sign-up bonuses and extra payment for every hour over 100 hours/month.
-Sponsored TEFL Certificate Course: Free TEFL online course for you to boost your salary and experience.
-Overtime: If exceed 40 hours per week, complemental rest hours or compensation will be provided.
-Insurance: Free commercial health insurance and emergency assistance.
-Paid Holidays: Chinese public holidays off (the specifics will be arranged by your center), around 10-15days off during the Chinese Lunar New Year.
-PTO Leave: Teacher has 5 paid days annual leave.
-Sick Leave: Each month, 1 sick day off with 50% salary (with doctor's note).

Job Description:
1. The Teacher shall have 22 days of paid time off (which includes 11 national holidays) within a contractual year of 12 months.
2. The School shall purchase for the Teacher a one-way flight ticket (to the value of 5000 RMB) to Ningbo City, China.
3. Free hotel accommodation during the Teacher's first week in China
4. Airport pick-up upon arrival in Ningbo for the first time
5. Assistance in finding suitable accommodation
The School provides with the Teacher practical assistance in finding a furnished and equipped apartment in Ningbo.
6. Interest-free loan
After the Teacher has been granted a Work Permit in Ningbo, the School provides an interest-free loan of up to 12,000 RMB for the Teacher to pay their initial startup costs (accommodation, SIM card and Internet service etc.).
7. Assistance in collecting and processing all documents necessary for applying for a work visa from a Chinese embassy or consulate, a work permit from the PRC's Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and a residence permit from the Exit & Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau.
8. The School shall cover all visa-related costs occurring after the Teacher's arrival in China.
9. Health insurance
The School shall purchase a comprehensive health insurance program (at a cost of up to 1500 RMB per year) for the Teacher after he/she has successfully applied for a work permit in China.
