Job description
Position : Foreign ESL/Drama teachers

Responsibilities：
●Prepare and deliver Oral English lessons, Drama lessons (once a week), and student
associations;
●Prepare and retain appropriate teaching plans;
●Assesses students’ work and provides feedback;
●Attend staff activities in order to remain current about educational policies and special
procedures;
●Be able to plan and organize on stage performances on special days (e.g. Children’s
Day) performed by students;
●Maximum lessons per week: 20 per week;
· Office hour: According to schools’ arrangements;
●Student age:7-12;
· Class size: 50 +;
●Textbook: According to schools’ arrangements;
· Must be willing to become involved with the life of the school

Selection Criteria:
●Bachelor’s degree or Above;
●More than two years teaching experience in primary school;
●Drama teaching experience preferred
●TESOL, TEFL(120-hours or above), ESOL,CELTA certificates;
●Non-criminal background check;
●Other subjects teaching experience prefer

Compensation:
· Monthly salary 10,000-15,000 RMB, depending on qualifications and experience.
· Housing allowance 2,000 – 3,000 RMB, depending on location or off-campus
furnished accommodation.
· Social insurance while you are employed in China.
· Paid public holidays.
· Winter or summer vacation with basic salary and housing allowance;
· Reimbursed residence permit, and obligatory medical check-up;
· Regular teaching training;
· TEFL in China course available free to our staff (conditions apply);
