Primary and Secondary School ESL Teacher

We are looking for teachers to join our team in Austria - from October

We have positions for teachers experienced with primary school children, as well as for various secondary school English project weeks across Austria.

PRIMARY SCHOOL positions - Vienna
This would be a freelance position based in Vienna - You'd be teaching in various primary schools across Vienna, as well as private lessons and groups.
Full course program, lessons plans, training and support provided.
We also offer help in finding a place to live, and any other administrative issues involved in moving to Vienna.

SECONDARY SCHOOL positions - English Project Weeks - All over Austria
These are English weeks taught in Secondary Schools across Vienna - Ages 10-15
You'd be teaching 6 lessons each day, Mon - Fri, with a focus on creating a presentation and performance with your class at the end of the week.
Again, a full course program, lesson guides, training and support are provided.

 

PRIMARY - Minimum of 10 hours per week, but typically our teachers have 15+ hours - (rate is €25 per teaching hour)
SECONDARY - English Project Weeks - All over Austria

These weeks are great fun, and paid on weekly basis - (rate is from €400 per week + €50 subsistence costs)
Accommodation near your school, flights & transport are also included (dependent on your starting location)

 

Required:

• Native level English speaker with a British/EU Passport, or the right to work in Austria
• Looking for a longer term teaching position in Vienna (Primary school work)
• University or college degree
• TEFL / TESOL / TESL Certification
• At least 1 year teaching experience
• Motivated and professional
• A creative or theatre background is a bonus
