Working Hours: Working Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Description:

Be familiarized with and be able to utilize all aspects of the curriculum.
Provide necessary training sessions/seminars/workshops for teachers regarding course material, classroom management, class activity, etc.
Perform online or offline classroom observation and evaluation and give constructive feedback on classroom management and teaching performance.
Perform test-runs on new lesson formats/material/platforms and provide evaluation and feedback.
Assist with design of training material, training structure, and all teacher training related content.

Basic Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience in related field after graduation.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or other locally recognizable teaching credentials.
Punctual, strong communication skills and easy-going personality.
A well-balanced, flexible and adaptable nature.
A demonstrated respect of the values, cultural differences and expectations of the Chinese parents.
Able to provide working reference upon request
