Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU)

Beijing Foreign Studies University, or BFSU, is a prestigious Chinese university under the direct leadership of the Chinese Ministry of Education. FLTRP

E PLUS English for K-12 Education Division

Co-founded in July 2010 by Beijing Foreign Studies University and Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP), E PLUS English is one of the major education programmes under the direct leadership of BFSU International. As a ‘Trustworthy Leader of Chinese K-12 International Education Provider’, it aims to prepare 4-18 year old students to cope with a cross-cultural environment from both national and global perspectives by designing a growing path to build up their competence of three accomplishments (known as the three pillars) including language education, academic development, and social skills. By November 2018, E PLUS English has established 38 campuses in 6 cities in China, 25 of which are located in Beijing, with over 30,000 students.

III. Job Description 

  1. Adhering to the mutually agreed-upon work schedule;
  2. Planning daily lessons, conducting classes, delivering student assessments and communicating with parents, staff and others as appropriate;
  3. Attending other events such as regular teacher training, etc.

  2. Native English speakers (Working visa application required);
  3. Age: 22to 45 will be preferred;
  4. Bachelor’s degree or above;
  5. Passionate for teaching kids;
  6. Willing to work on weekends

  2. Legal working visa;
  3. Basic monthly salary RMB 15,000 before tax;
  4. Transportation and lunch allowance: around RMB 500 before tax per month;
  5. Housing allowance RMB 4,500 before tax per month;
  6. Free Flight to Beijing and airport pick-up upon arrival;
  7. Flight allowance: RMB 5,000 before taxafter finishing contract;
  8. 10-day paid holiday and China’s statutory holidays;
  9. Free accommodation during orientation and settling in support loan for RMB 5000 after tax;
  10. Extra teaching-hour bonusand allowance for teaching classes of young kids;
