Alerton Kindergarten is an international kindergarten, which uses IB course and western educational methods. Our kindergarten located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province of China. This region is about 200km south of Shanghai, is well known for clean environment, safety, friendly people, Sea food and beautiful scenery. We are planning to recruit 10 teachers now. We welcome people from all over the world to join us and grow as teachers. 
Job Responsibilities: 
1. Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am-50pm 
2. Working as a homeroom teacher 
3. Cooperate with Chinese teacher and child-care worker 
4. Except Lunch time and lesson preparing time, the teacher must stay will kids. 
5. Prepare lessons, classroom decoration, special activity plan, giving feedback to parents, helping kids learning and having good living habits. 
6. Attending school marketing demo and activities .

Requirements: 
1. Bachelor's degree equivalent or higher 
2. Native English Speakers 
3. 120 hour online Tefl/Tesol certification& two years or more teaching experience preferred 
4. A genuine interest in teaching and professional development 
5. Open-mind, patient, an adventurous spirit and professional flexibility

Benefits: 
Net pay : 18000-25000 
Performance bonus: 1k

Flight allowance: 5k 
Contract Renewal Bonus: 5k
