Do you have the character needed to succeed with us?
We teach in an active, multi-faceted way at a fast pace. It can be challenging to wrap your head around initially, but we provide rigorous training and have a team approach towards continued service improvement. Our students act as evidence of the success of our teaching style, so you can expect to be occupationally fulfilled on a regular basis. Our methodology triumphs spoken fluency over everything so you’ll need to be charismatic and ready to vocally engage some (occasionally) boisterous new, young learners.
Job Description
Flexible work time(no office hour). In one week, there will be a maximum of 20 teaching hours and time to prepare classes. The format for classes is laid out in comprehensive teacher guides and you will be expected to gather the necessary teaching materials before each class. Teachers are given two consecutive days off each week (most likely Mondays and Tuesdays) with an afternoon/evening schedule for working week days and full days at work over the weekends. Classes will have no more than 8 students and last for 50 minutes. At present our school has students aged between 2 and 9 years old with divisions between 2-3, 3-5 and 6-9. As well as your regular classes you will be expected to partake in marketing activities which could, possibly, be held outside of the school. We also understand that many EFL teachers have their sights set beyond teaching and so we offer our teachers the chance to take on project management within the company- definitely get in touch if you have a skill set that you would like to nurture alongside your teaching career.
**Flexible start date**
