Position Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Full Time Kindergarten Teacher Position:
Position Description:
- Plan, evaluate, and deliver lessons;
- Introduce children to the disciplines of mathematics, language, science, and social studies;
- Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills;
- Cooperate with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors;
- Be responsible for children’s daily learning and living at kindergarten and ensure their safety;
- Write quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis.

What We Offer our Teachers:
• Insurance: premium medical insurance
• Flight: Upon the Employee’s completion of one-year contract, the Company will reimburse the Employee a round trip plane ticket up to RMB 8,000 (coach class and excluding any related taxes or fees and according to the fare quoted by travel agent) to the Employee’s home country or other places upon the actual use

Your compensation will include:
Net Monthly income Total: 18000-23000rmb after taxes
• Base Salary:13000rmb-18000rmb Salary will be based on education and experience
• Housing: 3000rmb/ month
• Bonus: 2000rmb/ month
• Public Holiday: National holidays will be provided
• Annual Paid Holiday: 5 days
• Pay Day: 15th of each month

Any other benefits: Organized team-building activities and different kinds of trainings (orientation training, monthly training, online training). Festival gifts will be provided accordingly to kindergarten’s arrangements.
Responsibilities and other Detail:
• Student age range: 3 to 6 years old
• Class size: 22 to 30 students
• Class length: Two classes, half day for each
• Working Days & Hours: From Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
• Curriculum: Multimedia teaching
• Chinese Teaching Assistant: Have two and three local teachers
• On board Training: Offer orientation training, monthly training and online training
