Genesis Foundry is seeking qualified part-time online instructors for web-based classes with various companies. Teach from home and earn up to $40 per hour help our students through various online platforms. Our programs are primarily centered around teaching grades K-12. - Choose your own schedule. On average, our teachers work 12 hours per week. We know many of you are busy teachers during the day. Because of this, you can choose the days which you are available. We have teachers working as few as 8 hours per week, and some who are nearly at a full-time schedule of over 30 hours per week! The amount you wish to work is up to you!
- Small class sizes. Depending on the platform and subject to be taught, each class has up to 5 students. Some platforms have 1-to-1 classes, allowing you to spend less time managing and more time teaching! Plus, the virtual classrooms are easy to use and allow you to maintain complete control of the instruction flow.
- Teach a variety of subjects. Although a big focus of our schools is English Language Arts including phonics and reading, our partners also offer other courses including social studies, history, and science. In addition to English, there is a big demand for science and social studies teachers from US/Canada. Subject-based class curricula follow United States Common Core Standards Initiative objectives and are similar to those found international schools.
- No Lesson Plans Necessary. All of our teaching platforms come with ready-made curriculum designed by well-known publishing houses including Pearson-Longman, McGraw Hill Education, and others. Plus, activities designed by our partners mean that your students can stay engaged during your lessons. You will spend no time outside of class preparing lesson plans!
- 100% Online Teaching Platform. Work completely from home! Or, if you prefer, enjoy travel while still doing your work! All new teachers are provided with training for the easy-to-use, completely online teaching platform. Our teachers find it intuitive and easy, and some even prefer it to traditional in-classroom teaching due to its great features and usability.

Requirements:
- Native English Speaker from United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
- Teaching Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Webcam with Microphone (Headset Preferred)
- Strong Computer Skills
- Teacher Certification Preferred (State Teaching License or TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)
- Stable Schedule (You can choose when you are available)
- Stable Internet Connection
