Job Description:
1. Provide Differentiated English Language Classes and English Circle Time;
2. Reflect with the English team to share ideas and challenges and work in a mutually supportive
environment to provide a high-quality English Program to all students
2. To design English syllabi, teaching plans, coursework and examination papers;
3. Support the needs of the classroom around events, field trips, cultural theme, or
for classroom management;
4. To communicate with colleagues and parents about students’ issues on a regular basis.
5. Participate in professional development, meetings, school functions and retreats.
Qualifications for all Subject teachers:
1. Native English speaker (preferred)
2. Master degree or above in related field (strongly preferred), such as TESL, TEFL, Literature, English language;
3. TESOL certification or Education degree preferred.
4. Have over two years American AP course and proficient with TOEFL, SAT, ESL, IELTS and some other British, American standard texts teaching experience
5. Being adept in instructing students on developing academic and non-academic skills via teaching the subject
6. You need to have: Good skills in classroom management, communication and understanding of students’ individual study methods and needs
