★Your Teaching Jobs★
First Leap is currently seeking college graduates of any major, as well as licensed and ESL teachers, for a wide range of teaching positions for the upcoming school year. Experienced educators as well as first-time teachers are encouraged to apply.
★Teaching Job Requirements★
Native English speakers (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland).
Bachelor's degree or above
You are wondering if TEFL certificate is required?
First Leap will provide a free TEFL course for teacher who hasn’t got hold of one yet, and reimburse 3,000 RMB for teachers having TEFL already! (what could be better)

★Your Salary and Benefits★
Regarding the fact that First Leap has more than 100 schools over 30 cities in China, the salary range is different for each tier city:
+ Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen: 17,000 RMB after tax
+ Nanjing: 16,000 RMB after tax
+ Shenyang, Hefei, Chongqing: 15,000 after tax
+ The other smaller cities: 12,000 - 14,000 RMB after tax
However, that is not the highest range that you can be offered as First Leap also offer on top:
Demo lesson bonus program which teachers can make 3,000 - 4,000 RMB more/month
Performance bonus: 1,000 - 2,000 RMB/month
=> Total monthly salary can reach up to 22,000 - 23,000 RMB/month

First Leap offers start-of-the art teaching facilities, including an office workspace with a work computer and free internet access, projector and SMART whiteboard. A bilingual local teacher assistant will also be available in each classroom.
All First Leap teachers are provided with a flip chart, comprehensive teaching guide and activity materials for use in the classroom.
Especially, teachers at First Leap are made sure to have plenty of time to relax and for personal life as there are only 16 teaching hours/week
