THE ROLE

The role of ENREACH’s Public Speaking and Debate Coach provides a key component to our students’ liberal arts education. Lead high-potential Chinese students, ages 9 to 18, in a public forum style debate. Help them develop the confidence and skills they need to express themselves for life abroad in American universities.

OUR PROGRAM

The ENREACH debate program is nationally and internationally prominent for providing a key component to students’ liberal arts education. ENREACH utilizes a curriculum co-developed by the National Forensic League and the Harvard Debate Council, an undergraduate debate organization at Harvard University, to teach debate classes in over 30 schools across China.

ENREACH also runs the National Forensic League of China, the largest English language debate program in the country, with over 2,000 students enrolled in debate courses. ENREACH is officially partnered with the United States’ National Forensic League (NFL). Our students participate in debate and speech events, including Original Oratory and Public Forum style debate, which is the fastest growing format of debate in the world.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
• Debate coaching experience 
• The ability to live and work in China for one to two years 
• A commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment
