If you are looking for a position teaching English for kindergarten kids, if you are caring and love children, if you want to experience life in one of the most prosperous city in China, we are right for you! We are currently looking for native English speakers that are willing to teach in our KidCastle Bilingual Kindergarten. Our kindergarten is located in downtown of Shanghai Xuhui district(KidCastle is one of the most outstanding education group brands in Shanghai, it has more than 100 campuses in different areas in Shanghai).
Shanghai is the largest city in China by population. It is a global financial centre and transport hub, with the world's busiest container port. Located in the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai has been described as the "showpiece" of the booming economy of mainland China renowned for its Lujiazui skyline, and museums and historic buildings, such as those along The Bund, as well as the City God Temple.
About the Position:
- Type: Full time
- Start time:Oct, 2018
- Contract: one year, renewable
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering lessons to young kids aged 2-6 (curriculum plan and coursebook provided)
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with 2-hour break 12:00-2:00pm
- Class size: 20-25 students, each class around 30 minutes
- Using electronic media and course ware to teach English efficiently and effectively
- Evaluating students’ performanceand helping students improve
- Participating in social activities with students organized by our school
Requirements:
- ESL teacher from USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa only
- Female preferred, less than 45 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university(degree authentication needed for work visa application);
- Teaching certificate required
- Similar age group teaching experience required
- A genuine interest in children, teaching and professional development
- An Open mind, adventurous spirit and energy
