Overview

My client is a prestigious school in Bahrain, that is small and manageable in capacity; that benefits from a great work culture. Each classroom benefits from one teacher and two assistants and classroom sizes are 10 students.

The responsibilities include;

. Providing the highest quality education and care for the children between the ages of three and fifteen years 
. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum 
. Writing and implementing the IEPs so that each pupil has the chance to develop his or her potential to the full. 
. Following School policy on planning, evaluation and assessment (PEAS). 
. Keep careful and detailed records of pupils' attainments and reporting these accurately to parents, colleagues and receiving schools by using the school's system. 
. To use tools and teaching methods that will engage the pupils and stimulate them in class - keeping them encouraged

My client requires the individual to have the following;

. SEN qualification 
. Due to visa restrictions; a native speaker from -Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or the United States 
. Drivers licence is essential 
. Teaching experience 
. Preferably a Bachelor's degree in an education related field

In return, my client is offering the following benefits;

. 18 - 22k BHD (per annum) - depending on experience (tax free) 
. Accommodation: Up to 7k BHD (per year) - more than likely in your first month, you will be given the option to stay in a self-catered apartment that is close proximity of the school and amenities - as you get settled. There is no obligation to do so, if you have alternative accommodation. 
. One flight per year up to 500 BHD
