The English Teachers in a Major city of China Wanted 
Hi, there! An English institution for children from the age of 3-12 in the City of Xi An, China is searching for English teachers.

Mission: 
We are seeking teachers to manage the English training and curriculum development aspects of our 3yrs-12yrs old children. The teacher’s primary role will be to prepare, deliver and evaluate the lessons within the school. 
This is a full-time position.

Qualifications: 
· Passionate about teaching. We do not compromise on this; you must love teaching, learning and be willing to committed to a 12 months contract. 
· A Diploma in Education or Bachelor of Science/Arts in Education or an equivalent from a recognized university is preferred. Other majors are also encouraged to apply. We strongly encourage fresh graduates to apply. No previous job experience is required. 
· The teaching style needs to be modern, funny and interactive. Some of school’s curriculums need the teachers to be taught practically, so we need teachers who are dynamic, hands-on and are constantly searching for better ways to improve the teaching skill. 
· Experience with international schools will be first considered.

Your duties will be as follows: 
• Preparing and delivering lessons to a range of students of different ages, social backgrounds and abilities. 
• Evaluating student work, giving feedback and maintaining records of students’ progress. 
• Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and help to develop and write new curriculum materials in collaboration with the rest of the school team. 
• Managing discipline behavior in the classrooms, Supporting individual student through special or supplementary trainings. 
• Communicating with parents and guardians about the students’ progress. 
• Organizing and participating in extracurricular activities, such as attending social activities and other events.

Additionally, we expect the followings from successful applicants: 
• You must be self-driven, able to independently work through tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and you must have a strong skill suit in attention to details. 
• You must have good English communication skills, writing and speaking, with specific attention to professional communication and classroom etiquette. 
• You must be very organized with strong writing skills, time-management and performance tracking standards. 
• You will be in charge of educational documentation and reports, so you must be comfortable attending meetings at the school, discuss talking points, filing reports and organizing operational paperwork.

Requirements:

--Native English speakers are first considered (from Canada, UK, USA) 
--Best with teaching and lesson planning experience, preferably with kids at K-12 
--Bachelor’s degree or extensive teaching experience or CELTA or TEFL/TESOL certified 
--Ability to commit to a 12-month contract 
--Must be energetic, fun, and love children 
--Friendly, patient and punctual personality 
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
--Should be able to provide a clear background check 

Compensation Package: 
--Salary: 10,000-15,000 RMB per month, based on experience and qualifications 
--Health Insurance: Provided-choose from three packages 
--Vacation: 7 days of paid vacation, plus 11 national holidays

--Contract completion bonus 10,000 RMB
