* Bachelor's degree in Education or similar 
* Early childhood / Elementary Education experience 
* Good attention to special needs

* Ability to build relationship with families and coworkers and create a dybamic environmennt where play and learning happens 
* Highly profesional and dependable 
* Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to mantain composure under stress
