We are looking for college graduates who are interested in living, working, and traveling abroad. The most qualified candidates have a sense of adventure and are open to exploring different cultures, languages, and foreign environments as they spend a year or more overseas in China.

After carefully selecting our candidates, we ensure their transition to living and working abroad is smooth. We provide bilingual caseworkers to help our candidates get settled in China as they arrive. We also arrange Mandarin Chinese courses for interested teachers in order to enhance our teachersÂ’ experiences living in China and to contribute to their professional development while they live and work abroad.

Responsibilities
Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
Maximum 18 lessons per week (40 minutes per lesson)
Deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons to students
Ensure equal participation of all students
Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
Attend school activities, parties, and other events

Salary and Benefits
10,000 to 12,000 RMB monthly salary
3,000 RMB monthly housing allowance
Upfront paid flight for fresh graduates
OR 5,000 RMB flight reimbursement
TEFL reimbursement (if going through recommended program)
Social and accident insurance provided
Weekly Chinese lessons

Requirements
1. Between the age of 18 and 55
2. Citizen of one of the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
3. Clean criminal record (misdemeanors or felonies)
4. Completed or currently completing a Bachelor's Degree or above
5. Good physical and mental health
