Pre-School and KG ESL TEACHERS URGENTLY required by Schools in China for an immediate start and ongoing.

This is a great opportunity for experienced teachers or NEW GRADUATES with NO EXPERIENCE who are Energetic, Enthusiastic and trying to get into the International ESL teaching market and begin a teaching career overseas.

International Teachers Plus is working with a UK recognized and respected Educational Consulting Company based in China. 
The British Council has stated that over the years they have seen strong demand for diverse and high-quality early-years education in China. The pre-school is a response to demand from many satisfied parents who say they want their children to learn using the UK curriculum.

The pre-school will teach children in English and Chinese. It will adopt the UK-based International Primary Curriculum, a theme-based curriculum that aims to develop children’s language ability naturally and to nurture their personal development, according to the British Council.

You will teach children from 3-6 years old in kindergarten classrooms. There will be 25-35 kids in one classroom, and there will be local chinese teachers in the classroom to assist. The curriculum is theme based and play based so there will be lots of fun activities and the teacher needs to be cheerful and playful with the children.

Develop lesson plans and themes in line with school curriculum objectives specific for teaching English subjects at KG grade levels. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources within the classroom environment.

Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problems.

They sign employment contracts with successful applicants and manage all HR responsibilities such as recruitment and onboarding, work visa application, orientation, initial and ongoing training and salary and benefits administration (including monthly salary, health insurance and annual/seasonal bonuses).

*JOB DETAILS:*

• Work Hours: Maximum 25 teaching hours + 15 office hours weekly 
• Employees have 2 days off per week 
• Employee can apply for OVERTIME work or extra teaching hours 
• Contract period is 1 year renewable

*REQUIREMENTS:*

• TEFL 
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US,

CA, AU, NZ, or ZA (Visa Restrictions) 
• Care and love children 
• Must be Native English speaker or near 
• Must have excellent classroom management skills and able to deal effectively with student

behaviour issues 
• Minimum 6 months ESL teaching experience to young children (3 to 6 years old) 
• Ability to teach according to the school curriculum based on play and create lots of fun

activities while being cheerful and playful with the children

*BENEFITS INCLUDE:*

Monthly Salary Range: Monthly salary up to $2500 USD depending on qualifications and experience

Housing: Free Furnished Private apartment with two bedrooms. (Utilities are paid by the teacher)

Health Insurance Coverage: Medical Coverage not included

Annual Air Tickets: Only relocation Air Tickets reimbursed when arriving and leaving China

Leave: according to the following Chinese public holidays: 22 Sep – 24 Sep - 1 Oct - 7 Oct-1 Jan,-2019 4 Feb – 10 Feb 5 Apr 29 Apr – 1 May 7 Jun. In addition to 22 to 31 Dec as extra paid holidays.

Sick Leave: A maximum of 1 day paid sick leave per month with doctor’s letter and a maximum of 6 days paid sick leave altogether within one year contract period.

Visa & Medical Check Fees: All Work Visa fees paid by the school with the exception of the medical Check-up fees.

End Of Service Benefit: 1 way flight ticket back to home country

Contract Period: 1 year contract - renewable
