Job Details: 
Working Hours - 8 hours per day, 5 classes per day, 2 days off during the weekdays 
Salary - 11,000 - 15,000 RMB depending on qualifications, references, experience, and interview. 
Flight Bonus - 6000 RMB upon the completion of a one-year contract. 
Vacation/holidays - Paid Chinese public holidays 
Working Visa (Z Visa) - Paid and sponsored 
Arrival assistance, free pick-up service from airport/train station

Requirements: 
Native Speaker from English-speaking country (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) [Please include passport scan/copy with application] 
Enthusiastic, passionate, and professional with a winning attitude 
Willing to work with both younger learners and older learners 
Willing to learn about the job and can adapt quickly 
Tolerance of different people and cultures 
TEFL/TOEFL/CELTA/DELTA 
B.A. / B.S. in any subject (English majors and Education majors will be considered first.） 
1 year of relevent experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Main Responsibilities: 
Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week plus office hours for lesson planning 
Lessons are 60-90 minutes long 
Small class sizes; usually 1:3-6 
All ages of students; Children, Teens, Adults 
Lesson Planning; Fully prepared and tested curriculum that is easy to follow and understand for use in the classroom. You also have the freedom of creating or using your own ideas for classes. 
English Corner (EC) topics are held throughout the week and topics will be available to you (or use your own) 
Cooperate with Chinese Teachers in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the center. 
Attend center social events (including team-building outings)

About the school and the city: 
Highgate English is an English Education Training center under the Highgate Education Group, which was fouded in 2013 located in Jinan, Shandong province. Jinan is a tier 2 city famous for springs (nicknamed the Spring City.) Our schools are located close to the well-known Baotu Spring and Daming Lake, both very beautiful tourist sites with amazing scenery. Jinan also includes a very convenient transportation system including buses, trains, and planes. A train ride to the equally famous city of Qingdao (Tsingtao Beer) is only a short 3 hour train ride away.
