Overview
We are team StudyRoom. We're looking for new member of our team ESL native English teacher. Our language center is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the heart of central Asia. Kazakhstan is a country in which western culture and eastern traditions come together. People are very hospitable and welcoming. The city is surrounded by a chain of mountains. There are lots of tourist attractions around the city such as canyons, mountain springs, ski resorts, museums, and historical sites. Kazakhstan has a 4 season climate with beautiful springs, hot summers, rainy falls, and long cold winters. Livestock farming is very popular in Kazakhstan and meat is affordable and abundant. Fruits and vegetables are accessible as well, and you might be able to find exotic fruits too! Our educational team consists of teachers from the USA and Canada, as well as local teachers, making it easy to communicate with like-minded people.
We work with children, teenagers, adults, and provide a variety of language needs such as General English, Business English, English for specific purposes, and preparations for professional exams such as IELTS, SAT, and TOEFL
The salary package includes 340,000 KZT (after taxes, take home) which is equal to about 1000 USD, +12 hours of basic Russian language classes, 2 weeks of free accommodation upon arrival, and assistance in finding an apartment.
The average cost of rent ranges from $250 to $350, and the average cost of food and commute range is the same
