Position: Full time Young Learner English language teacher

Chengdu is a sub-provincial city which has served as capital of China's Sichuan province. Chengdu is endowed with rich natural resources and enjoys pleasant temperature all year around. Chengdu, apart from its unique historic and cultural charm, begins to project an air of magnificence as a major city in China. Chengdu now serves as the economic center, the science and technology harbor, the international exchange center, the cultural innovation city and the transportation hub of western China. Key priorities given by the central government help, Chengdu improve her overall quality in a stable and constant way. 
With over 10 million people Chengdu is one of China's largest cities. Chengdu is an integral part of the Sichuan economy responsible for an estimated 30% of Sichuan's GDP

Main Responsibilities

Contract duration: minimum 12 months 
Maximum of 20 - 26 hours teaching per week (depending on peak or non-peak periods) 
Maximum 20 admin hours per week 
Lesson planning 
Use audio / video materials in classes 
Total monthly package value of 15,500 – 18,500RMB per month, which breaks down as follows: 
Excellent salary: 10,000 – 13,000 RMB per month depending on experience 
Accommodation: Western style, furnished, near the school OR 1000 RMB monthly allowance 
Loyalty bonus: 5,000 RMB (net) for each subsequent contract signed 
Referral bonus: 300-500RMB/month per referral 
Overtime hourly pay: 150 RMB 
Summer /winter vacation living allowance: 2500 RMB per month 
Visa provided, including the flight tickets for visa trip 
11 days public holidays 
Airport pickup

Coaching & continuous development (workshops/training etc.) 
General Day to day support (bank account, mobile phone, one on one consult service, etc.) 
Chinese Town (Free Online Chinese Lessons) + HSK Level face to face lessons

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (authenticated and notarized from embassy of employees’ country) 
TEFL Internationally recognized TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (authenticated and notarized from embassy of employees’ country) 
Native English speaker / passport holder from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa 
At least 22 years old 
Enjoy teaching and willing to share their knowledge as well as cultures to students 
Having teaching experience in training school or kindergarten is preferred 
Excellent communication skills
