Job Description 
-Deliver online lessons to students of particular grade level 
- Evaluate and grade students, class work and participation 
- Provide effective feedback to guide student earning and success 
-Remain aware of class procedures and use of instructional materials 
-Attend discipline specific and administrative meetings as scheduled

●Set-up: Online Group Class (20 – 30students) 
●Student age range: 8 - 16 years old 
●Teaching materials: provided by Waijiaoyi 
●Class Duration: 25 minutes 
●Working Schedule: (Beijing Time) 
8:00 AM - 6:00PM Monday through Sunday (July&August)

Job Requirements 
-Native Speaker 
- Bachelor’s Degree or above 
-TEFL/TESOL/ CELTA Certification - not necessary but preferred 
-Teaching Experience (Online or On-site / One-to-one, group or classroom-preferred)

Hourly Rate

Entry Level ESL Teaching Position:

Must be a Native English speaker with or completing an Associate/Bachelor degree; teaching experience preferred but not a required. Hourly pay rate for this group is 18 – 22USDper hour.

Expert Level ESL Teaching Position:

Must be a Native English speaker from the USA or Canada, with a Bachelors degree, TEFL/TESOL certification and with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. The hourly pay rate for 
this group is 22 - 28USD per hour.

Benefits 
- 1 KPI - Overall Performance 
Once a teacher gets 85% score out of 100, he or she is entitled to KPI incentive which is 5% of his monthly salary. 
- Basic Rate Increment 
Once a teacher reached 500 teaching hours, hourly rate will increase by $1.

Payment: every 10th of each month by Paypal or bank account. 
- Sign-on bonus: 
Once finished training, the teacher is credited with half-hourly rate 
as bonus. 
- Fast Mover Bonus: 
If any applicant could finish the first 4 steps to Practice Class within 4 days since the 
sign-in, he or she will be entitled to $10 Faster-Mover bonus once completing a full-month teaching service.
