About the Job

Overview

18,000 – 30,000 RMB per month depending on experience 
Return flights paid, accommodation provided

Course design and curriculum development. 
ESL and/or subject teaching. 
Teaching time: 18 to 22 classes per week 
Each class is 40 minutes 
Maximum class size: 25 students 
Office hours: Coordinator position requires up to 18 office hours in addition to teaching hours

We are looking for teachers who have medium or long terms plans to say with our company. We offer good opportunities for career advancement and development. Ideal candidates should have IB experience (at least 2 years). Management experience is also preferred.

Other terms: 
Winter (1 month) and summer (2 months) vacations paid at 1/3 salary 
Overtime paid at 1.5 times 
Performance bonus offered 
Incentives for teachers to stay long term TBD

Responsibilities: 
Diligent, punctual and with the student’s best interest at heart 
Not more than 60 years old at time of application. 
2 years teaching experience required. 
MUST be from a native English speaking country. 
Due to new government regulations, all candidates must be a degree holder and have a notarised degree certificate and non-criminal record in order to get a work permit.
