METEN English is an adult English school. Our first center was opened in 2006 in Chongqing. Since then we have expanded to more than 100 centers in 22 cities all over China. We have more than 4000 staff; include 500 local teachers and 400 foreign teachers. Due to our company expansion, we are looking for experienced and talented ESL teachers. Position: ESL Teacher

Location：Chengdu and Mianyang, Sichuan Province 

Position Information:

1. Full time in Training School as ESL Teacher.
2. 5 working days + 2 days off per week. (not weekend off)
3. 7 hours/day； 35 working hours per week in terms of the contract (100 teaching hours/month, other hours will be the office hours)
4. Two shifts: 9am to 5pm or 1pm or 9pm
5. Teaching adults over 14 years old.
6. Teaching regular lessons by using METEN’s book, prepare lessons in advance and creation is approved.
7. Class size: 1 student/ 4 students/ 10 students/ 15 students
8. Each class will be 55 minutes.

Standard Qualifications for Position:

1. Native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and South Africa
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Over 2 years teaching experience or 120 hours TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate

Our salary package:

1. Competitive basic salary 11500-20000RMB(based on qualification)
2. Monthly housing allowance 2000RMB/month
3. Quarterly bonus 2500RMB or so
4. Yearly flight allowance 8000RMB/yr
5. Contract renew bonus up to 6000RMB

      6, 7 nights paid accommodation upon arrival and up to 2100RMB, airport pick up and assistance for apartment hunting

7. 10 days paid annual holiday per year, Public holidays and Christmas day off, 2 days off/week
8. Health insurance.
9. Pay raise for Renewal, bonus for open class.
10. Free work visa

A:  work visa can be reimbursed actual expense and up to 1500RMB

B:  overseas medical check can be reimbursed actual expense and up to 1000RMB

C:  degree / certificate / background check authentication can be reimbursed actual expense and up to 2000RMB each

D:  other expenses in China about residence permit will all be reimbursed (such as medical check and residence permit)

E:   if teacher comes to China with tourist visa and needs to go to HK to get work visa, we provide 3000RMB for flight and accommodation.
