Requirements: 
• CELTA/Trinity TESOL certified 
• Native or Bilingual speaker of English 
• Proven track record of achievement at both the academic and professional level; 
• Highly organized, able to offer detailed feedback about each student upon request; 
• Passionate about the profession of teaching, the English language, and motivating students; 
• Culturally sensitive and empathetic towards the students’ prior experiences; 
• Willing to share with and mentor new teachers to improve the school’s overall teaching quality; 
• Adaptable, able to accept and implement specific feedback on his/her teaching

Job Duties: 
• Maintain up to 30 contact hours per week with students, which may include up to 20 hours of teaching, and 10 hours of teaching-related activities, including but not limited to Conversational English Corners, demo lessons, office hours, and student outings. 
• Preparing young adults with the necessary academic English skills which will be required of them in further education abroad. 
• Overseeing weekly testing, formal examinations and guiding learners through both academic essays and formal presentations. 
• Faithfully execute grading for class’s level group to be verified by University of Technology, Sydney. 
• Ensuring students are aware of cultural differences to be expected upon transfer to Western universities. 
• Executing demo classes for potential students, participating in other marketing activities, which may include videotaped demonstrations or consulting potential students.

-location: campus of GD University of Finance & Economics (Zengcheng, beautiful campus with life and travel convenience) 
-students age 16～19 
-full time 15000～18000 per month + travel allowance + single room apartment on campus + assess to all sport facilities in university + professional development + visa assistance ; 
-part time: 10hours per week, 200 per hour; 
-Starting Sep.

Job Skills Required: 
• CELTA/Trinity TESOL certified. Postgraduate qualification preferred 
• 2+ years of teaching experience. Experience in education management preferred. 
• Native or Bilingual speaker of English (IELTS equivalent 8.0) 
• Highly organized 
• Inspiring to students, faculty, and staff 
• Passionate about the profession of teaching and mentoring others 
• Culturally sensitive and empathetic 
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt accordingly 
• Positive, flexible attitude 
• Excellent communicator, public speaker 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties: 
• Teach up to 20 hours per week. 
• Participate in up to 10 hours per week of professional development, class observation, presentations, student activities, and informal “English corners.” 
• Execute the Academic English curriculum as prescribed by University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) Insearch. Execute grading for class’s level group to be verified by UTS. 
• Oversee weekly testing, formal examinations and guiding learners through both academic essays and formal presentations. 
• Meet all marking deadlines 
• Ensure students are aware of cultural differences to be expected upon transfer to Western universities.

Salary and Benefits: 
• 15000-18000 RMB/month in Guangzhou and Nanchang; 18000-20000 RMB/month in Beijing 
• Up to 8000 RMB flight allowance 
• Visa sponsor

• End of year bonus of one month’s salary on successful completion of a one-year contract
