Working Conditions

1. Full-Time Teacher 
- Location: Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Korea (near Seoul) 
- Contract duration: 1 year (negotiable) 
- Housing: single accommodation 
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree (TESOL preferred), 
E2, F4, F5 visa holders or 
Candidate with required documents (see below) 
- Office Hours: 4:00PM~10:00PM 
- Teaching Hours: 25 ~ 30 hours of instruction per week 
- Student age: Grade 1 through Grade 9 
- Benefits: severance pay 
- Salary: 2.2 million ~ 2.3 million KRW per month 
- Airfare: airfare to Korea (economy class) up to 1 million KRW 
- Paid vacation: 10 days 
- Start Date: June or July (negotiable)

2. Part-Time Teacher 
- Contract duration: 1 year (negotiable) 
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree (TESOL preferred), 
E2, F4, F5, F6, D10 visa holders or 
Candidate with required documents (see below) 
- Office Hours: 
* 2:00PM~7:00PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), or 
* 4:00PM~7:00PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and/or 
* 3:00PM~7:00PM (Tuesday, Thursday) 
- Hourly rate: 25,000 KRW per hour 
- Start Date: June or July

3. valid passport copy 
4. 2 passport size photos 
5. original official transcript (sealed and unopened)
