We are an American ran business operating in Shanghai, which provides students in grades K-7 with after-school classes to help them improve in a number of areas.
We operate small training centers where classes are limited in size to 10 students, we offer our students the best product we can, we provide our staff with a high level of autonomy and we make sure that those persons who choose to stay with us are taken care of.

Salary 15000 RMB per month after tax (approx. 2300 USD) increasing over time (20000 RMB per month after 1 year) for 20 classroom hours per week (if you have less than 20 hours, your salary is the same).
• Apartment close to the training center (approx. value 3000RMB p/m)
• Z-Visa prior to your arrival in China
• Flights to China and return flights home once per year
This is a good salary for a starting teacher since the costs of living in our area are like those of Tier 2 cities despite our being 30 minutes from central ShangHai.
Requirements
• A Bachelors degree or higher
• Recognised TESOL certification
• A national of a native English speaking country (this is due to English Teacher Work Visa requirements)
