Overview

We are currently seeking a Curriculum Developer for English language content for children aged at 3-12 years old. The Curriculum Developer is responsible for creating and editing types of course content aligned to US Common Core State Standards and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The ideal candidate will be creative and be able to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of syllabus for various projects; 
Design high-quality course content aligned to the CCSS and CEFR system; 
Cooperate with graphic designers and illustrators to beautify the content products; 
Create content and activities for student textbooks, preview and review workbook or any other extra materials needed before, during or after class; 
Record audio files and film videos for on-going projects; 
Proofread teaching content, including lesson plans, student books, and workbooks; 
Assist in the creation of teacher training on curriculum development and competency-based instruction. 
Qualifications:

Native English Speaker with excellent spoken and written English; 
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, pedagogy or developmental psychology; 
Minimum 2 years’ working experience in English language teaching or curriculum development ( ESL curriculum development experience is preferred) ; 
Certificate of TEFL/ TESOL, CELTA or DELTA certificates is preferred; 
Detail-oriented and result-oriented, consistently meet assigned deadlines and quality standards; 
Effective organizational and time-management skills; 
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
