Position Title: Head Teacher

Department/Center: Kindergarten

Schedule: Full time

Position Summary : 
Head Teachers are responsible for the creation of yearly, monthly, and weekly age-appropriate curriculum, daily implementation of the curriculum, and the health, safety, and well-being of each child in their class and in the school in general. Head Teachers must take a keen interest in the improvement, both academically and socially, of the children attending Little Genius. Head Teachers will be responsible for maintaining daily and semester reports, scheduling and hosting parent-teacher meetings, and undertaking daily bus duties.

Organizational Responsibilities

To provide professional leadership for the school, which secures its success and improvement. To ensure high quality education for all pupils and provide good standards of learning and achievement.

Bachelor degree

2+ years’ experience in Early Childhood Development

Proven work experience with children

Experience with professional appearance
