Overview

Hawen communication art school, a very famous school in communication training field,which established 12 years ago,dedicates to help students study broadcasting and performing to pass the Gaokao, Totally,Thousands of students enterd the universities successfully.

School Location: Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China
Jiangxi is most famous in China for some gorgeos natural sceneries, like Jindezheng city(porcelain/china origin)some ancient villeges, Lushan mountain, Longhushan mountain, Sanqingshan Mountain and some famous temples. It just takes you no more than 5 hours from Guangzhou or Shanghai to Nanchang by high speed train.

Job description
1.Job title: English Teacher;
2.Provide English course to students ;
3.Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4.Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5.5 working days per week, available on weekend;
6.Working hours per week: 30 (22 teaching + 8 non-teaching)

Benefits Package
1. Basic salary: 11,000+ RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 8,000 RMB;
c. Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching
3. Allowance system
a. Housing provided by School;
b. Reimbursement of flight ticket to China: 6,000 RMB as maximum;
c. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;
4. Other benefits
a. Visa support: provide legal residence permit;
b. Medical&accident insurance;
c. Paid holiday: public holiday + annual leave;
d. Mandarin course;
e. Airport pick-up, free hotel upon arrival, team building, birthday gift, etc

Requirements
1. Female, Native English speaker,from USA, CAN, UK, IRE, AUS, or NZ;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
3. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;
5. 22 to 32 years old
