Overview
Reach To Teach has several kindergartens in Shenzhen that are looking for American teachers that have experience working with young learners and that are willing to learn their teaching methodology for young learners.
A Western management team ensures that you'll be well taken care of during your year abroad, and your classrooms are bright, spacious and beautiful learning centers with plenty of current teaching materials and resources.
Class sizes are small. You'll have 8-10 students per class and a Teaching Assistant to assist you in class.
This school uses an American curriculum and will only consider American teachers.
TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (bring original degree to China)
- Native Speaker from the USA
- 120-hour TEFL
- You must be willing to work weekday nights and weekends
- You must have experience working with young learners between 18 months and 6 years of age
- Clear Criminal Background Check
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- MONTHLY SALARY: 13,000 - 15,000 RMB per month depending on experience and qualifications
- AIRFARE: Up to 5,000RMB
- HOUSING: Free housing provided
- PAID VACATION: 18 days + 12 unpaid days of annual leave (inclusive of national holidays)
PLUS
- 5-day workweek with two days off each week
- 40 hours per week (20 classes per week that are 60 to 75 minutes in length plus office hours)
- Cost of entry visa reimbursed
- Assistance with Z visa and Foreign Expert Certificate and costs of your documents are reimbursed by the school)
- Medical exam and insurance provided
