We are looking to recruit;
1. Early Years Teacher
2. Primary Teacher

Early Years Teacher - 
We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to work at The Learning Tree Nursery & Kindergarten with children aged between three and five years. Responsibilities include planning and carrying out activities in line with the requirements of the early years foundation stage (EYFS). This involves developing work schemes and lesson plans to motivate children and imaginatively using resources to help them learn.

The role of the Early Years Teacher is to develop the social and communication skills of the children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the children can learn. They will build and maintain relationships with parents to further support students.

Primary Teacher - 
We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher and welcome applications from professionals with the right blend of experience, creativity, organisation, passion and flair.

As a qualified teacher you will ideally be familiar with the English National Curriculum, though we will also consider candidates who have experience with different national curriculums. You will be an excellent communicator, who gets on well with colleagues, students, parents, technology and change.

Early Years Teacher - Duties & Responsibilities
• motivating and stimulating children's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience;
• providing a high level of care and support to children and providing them with a secure environment to learn;
• developing and producing visual aids and teaching resources;
• organising learning materials and resources and making imaginative use of resources;
• assisting with the development of children's personal/social and language abilities;
• supporting the development of children's basic skills, including physical coordination, speech and communication;
• encouraging children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play;
• developing children's curiosity and knowledge;
• sharing knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents;
• observing, assessing and recording each child's progress;
• communicate with parents and build trusting, supportive relationships;
• ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the Nursery.

Primary Teacher - Duties & Responsibilities
• teaching all areas of the primary curriculum;
• organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment;
• planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class; 
• motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation;
• maintaining discipline;
• preparing and marking work to facilitate positive student development;
• meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of students’ development;
• working with others to plan and coordinate work;
• liaising with colleagues and working flexibly;
• communicate with parents and build trusting, supportive relationships;
• ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the Nursery.

Hours of work
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Visa & Work permit; processed and paid for by The Learning Tree
• After probation period; paid holidays up to 9 weeks per year
