Overview
Job title: Corporate English Instructor (Project - Based)
Location: Tianjin/Beijing, CN
1. Job responsibilities:
- Learn and understand teaching methodologies employed by Daily Education Company.
- Use teaching methodologies to disseminate topics/information to corporate clients on a case by case basis.
- Provide an interactive and knowledgeable class session to corporate clients in each session.
- Continually enhance and hone personal corporate training skills to engage in harder future projects.
- Provide regular reports to Daily English teaching department regarding client progress and/or needs.
- Give excellent customer service and professionalism to corporate clients to enhance the reputation of Daily English Company.
2 Academic Degree and experience required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in English Education or relevant (Master’s degree of above preferred).
- Relevant experience in adult training or corporate training.
- English certification (TESOL, CELTA, etc.) preferred.
- Good work history and relevant experience strongly preferred.
- Some customer service or service related field preferred.
3. Skill, knowledge, experience:
- Preparation and professionalism is an absolute must.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Required to enhance and/or edit materials as necessary based on client request.
- Ability to gauge student progress/level for appropriate communication to engage student needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with students in a professional manner regardless of level.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Required to be calm and collected in difficult situations.
- Must be able to multitask in a high stress environment.
- Class sessions must be organized and cohesive for maximum knowledge impact and dissemination.
- Must be able to work around client and/or Daily Education Company schedule.
- Attend assessment and/or professional development meetings as deemed necessary.
