About the Job

Overview

The EFL Program in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at KAIST is looking for part-time lecturers with excellent teaching and education background. Instructors will be teaching academic English skills to undergraduate students at KAIST.

Number of openings: 2 to 3 instructors

Requirements: Master’s degree preferred in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Linguistics; native fluency; and three-year teaching experience.

DUTIES: Teaching one or more English courses at the intermediate or advanced levels. (Class enrollment minimum 10 students and a maximum of 20 students.)

Period: Monday to Thursday teaching 2-4 hours per day for a 4 to 6 week time period beginning June 25, 2018.

Payment: 70,000 won per hour x the hours of the course (32 hours for advanced level courses or 48 hours for intermediate level courses).
