Huaibei City, which is known as one of China’s important energy bases, is located in the northern part of Anhui Province. Huaibei City has the Longhai Railway to the north, Beijing-Shanghai Railway to the east, Beijing-Kowloon Railway to the West. It is not far away from the airports in Nanjing, Hefei, and Xuzhou.
