Position: ESL Teachers for Kids Wanted ASAP
Job Description:
As a home teaching teacher, you will be going from one kid’s house to another kid’s house to teach classes. Usually you will be assigned to a district either near where you live or where we are urgently understaffed, usually you can get to the kid’s house for your next class within one hour, so you won’t have a long commute between classes. The travel distance is about one hour on the subway.
Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Wuxi, Yangzhou,
Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Jinan, Changzhou. and Shijiazhuang.
Position: Full time English Teacher
Contract period: one year
Salary range: 14k-22kafter tax
Starting Date: ASAP
Students Age Group: 3 to 12 years old
Class Size: 2-8 kids in one class
Working hours: 25 hours a week (19.5 teaching hours & 5.5 office hours) Teaching schedule:
Working days weekly: 3 days on weekdays and 2 days on the weekend, with 2 days off on weekdays.
What you need to do is just to fill in the maximum 13 classes in the teaching schedule table below during the 5 working days according to the school arrangement:
In the afternoon, 16:30 - 18:00;
In the evening, 19:00 - 20:30;
Qualifications
- Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree. - Or - Non-native speakers with exceptional English proficiency, teaching skills and minimal accent.
- 2+ Years of related teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Loves and understands kids as well as enjoys interacting with them. Must be responsible and have a passion for teaching children. An easy going, creative, outgoing and lively personality, a positive ethos and the desire to make a difference in children's lives, are all strong factors.
- Being able to sing, dance, draw during the class is profoundly preferred.
- Teaching licenses/certificates (TEFL/TESOL) are preferred.
- Once you are qualified enough and pass the job interview, at least one year contract need to be signed, and the relevant comprehensive benefits package will be offered to you.
Responsibilities of Position:
1.Teaching kids in the age of 3-12 in their homes through picture and comic books in one of the cities(Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou).
2.For those who has been working more than one year with Wingokids English with excellent track record and performance, can be up moved to be foreign teachers’ trainer or manager to manage and supervise whole company's foreign teachers operation.
Salary and Benefits Package:
- Salary Range: 14,000-22,000 monthly depending on qualifications and experience.
- Contract completion bonus: Contract completion bonus ranges from $500 to onemonth salary.

- Free arrival pick-up and transfer to motel is provided for all teachers.
- Free motel provided in first 7 days. We also provide assistance for those who needhelp finding suitable housing.
- Accident Insurance
- In addition to the regular two days off a week, and 11 Chinese national holidays,we also have 5 days off for winter break. We will help you with Z visa。
