About the Job
Overview
Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting ESL Teachers to Teach children aged 4 -12 in North East China. The campus is brand new and all classrooms are equipped with either a touch screen computer or a projector. In addition a full complement of props, activity toys, and supporting equipment and materials will be found in each classroom.
The School encourages an activity based learning ethos with happy smiling students. You will be working with children aged 4 - 12, using a series of Pearson curriculum and various other awesome resources and materials. The School also encourage Teachers to be creative. Class size is around ten students for the best teacher/student classroom experience possible. You will be required to work 5 days per week.
Requirements of position
• Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
• Work in partnership with parents and carers
• Use in depth knowledge of Curriculum
• Provide a broad and balanced curriculum
• Use experience of RWI programmes, phonics, literacy and language and spelling to improve standards of attainment
• Provide language rich learning environments to expedite English language acquisition
• Be responsible for encouraging and developing further our culture of inspiration, enjoyment and success
Qualifications and experiences
• University Degree is Mandatory
• Hold qualifications and passport from USA, Ireland, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia ONLY. Please note no other nationalities will be considered because of visa restrictions
• CELTA / TELF Qualification is mandatory
• 2 Years previous experience
• Be passionate about young people and education and be able to engage a motivate students, based on high expectations
Benefits Package
• Base Salary starts at 204,000 RNB per year ($32,300 USD, £23,200 GBP, €26,200 Euro, $41,900 CAD, $ 44,300 NZD, $ 41,100 AUD, 382,800 ZAR)
• Monthly performance bonus potential 3,000 RMB ($453 USD)
