Exchange the culture and explore China! Expecto English is currently looking for experienced English teachers to work in our school in this historical, beautiful city - Tianjin, China

Expecto English is an English learning center that provides international enrichment programs for Chinese K-G6 local students since 2013. Our programs are developing students’ interest in English, improving their four skills (L,S,R,W) as a result we are embracing more than 250 students and our students get high scores not only in their school tests, also international exams such as Cambridge Starters, Movers, Flyers, PET. 
Our school is equipped with modern teaching facilities, all necessary resources such as smart boards, course books, teaching apps, flashcards, realia, video and audio sets, library, reading pens, etc. Soft-skills-wise, our teachers are financially supported to take professional teaching courses (TESOL, CELTA), we continuously improve our teaching skills with regular teaching meetings. We provide free pre-job training carried by experienced TESOL, CELTA qualified tutors.

Application requirement:

English Native speaker: UK, USA, NZ, AUST, Canada (to meet the government visa application requirement) 
Bachelor degree or above 
TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification, teaching experience are preferred 
Available start date: ASAP

Schedule:

5 days a week, 2 days off 
40 working hours/week (usually less) including 22 teaching hours/week at most

Teaching conditions and benefits:

Small groups (5-7 students/group) 
Students age: 4-12 years old 
Contract job: Two-year commitment 
Basic Salary: (after tax 12000-16000 RMB), based on education background and teaching experience 
Probation period: 1 month (80% of salary) 
5000 RMB flight reimbursement/ year 
Discretional bonus based on annual performance 
Health and accident insurance 
Z Work Visa with work permit provided 
Arrival Support: Airport pick-up & city tour 
1200 RMB hotel reimbursement upon arrival 
19 paid days for Chinese Festivals & Public Holidays 
Extra 4-6 weeks paid holidays during winter and summer breaks (30-45 days/year)
