Title: Teacher Quality Manager Reports to: Teaching Quality Director
You are responsible for motivating, monitoring & moderating learning & teaching in the center. Your focus is on maintaining the quality of all offerings in the center within the Rainbow Station learning services framework. You actively collaborate with all center staff in order to provide a welcoming, professional environment and positive learning experience for all students and parents

You have:
• An internationally recognized TEFL Certificate (Preferably Trinity CertTESOL or CELTA)
• 3 years teaching experience with YLs
• BA or above
Roles & responsibilities
• Provide high quality learning experiences to students & teachers to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives
• Provide continual feedback and development to students about the effectiveness of their learning and conduct
• Provide opportunities for learners to develop the 4Cs Skills of education: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration & Communication
• Ensure parents are aware of and involved in their child’s learning at Rainbow Station
• Liaise, support and collaborate with Learning Quality Managers (LQMs) to provide study feedback and support to students & parents
• Develop and uses supplementary materials to support learning needs and objectives
• Develop and delivers in center and city wide Activities & Events as required
• Complete all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Initiate and implement effective transferable processes continuously
• Actively participates in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings
• Abide by Rainbow Station conduct manual
Package Details:
• 16000 rmb after tax take home pay (includes flight allowance, visa costs)
• 12 Days Contract leave (plus all China Public Holidays)
• Z Visa Provided
• Potential to take Trinity DipTESOL
