Housing Included: (y/n) Red Roof covers all ''Apartment Key Money' expenses, only asking the teacher to pay his/her monthly rental costs

(which are usually around Y35, 000 per month) as well as any utilities. The damage deposit of Y35, 000 will be deducted from your first pay

check, and it will be returned when you move out the apartment. The apartment will be furnished. We will arrange internet/telephone hook-up at

the teacher’s request. Or assist with getting a mobile phone.
