TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
---------------------------------------------------
1.        Position: Full-time English Teacher.
2.        Contract: One-year renewable contract.
3.        Maximum 30 hours of lessons per week.
4.        5 days a week with two consecutive days off (Sunday off + either Monday or Saturday).
5.        Salary: 250,000 yen per month. 3.0 million yen per annum.
6.        Working place: Aomori City or Hirosaki City (Aomori Prefecture).

1.        Visa sponsorship is available
2.        One year contract completion bonus: 100,000 yen.
3.        Apartment guarantorship or school can help locate apartment.
School will pay initial key money, deposits, and real estate fees for the apartment.
(Rent must be paid by the employee)
4. 10 paid holidays after completion of 6 months.

REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
(A) Necessary Requirements:
1. Native speaker of English.
2. Minimum 3-year college/university degree.
3. Meets at least one of the conditions below, (a) to (c):
(a)        Minimum of one (1) year of consistent ESL teaching experience
(b)        Minimum of three (3) years of consistent teaching experience in a public or private school
(c)        Qualified with TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification within the last six months


(B)         Preferred Requirements:
1.        Be positive, flexible, hardworking, self-motivated and disciplined.
2.        Enjoys teaching children ?preschool, elementary, junior high school ?and adult students.
3.        Be able to plan enjoyable, quality lessons for classes.
4.        Have a basic understanding of written and spoken Japanese.
5.        Experience living overseas for 2 years or more.
6.        Able to overcome any cultural barriers.
7.        100% commitment to a one year contract.
